Yes it is homework, essentially I am the landlord I had to make a couple general repairs to my home while my tenants were in the house. They are claiming I violated their right to quiet enjoyment, but have nothing to prove it. The state is Utah.

Ha... that is funny. My bad... I miss understood you on your questions. I've been dealing with this case in which the tenant has sued me on these grounds. When you asked if it was homework? I immediately thought "home work" meaning work done to my home. No this is not homework. I am not in school. I am just trying to do my "homework" on whether they actaully have a case against me.

What are they suing for? Are they trying to break the lease and move? Do they want money? Have they filed a lawsuit? If they're just asking for money, I don't think I'd give 'em any.

What I WOULD do, is NOT work on the home after 9:00 PM, nor before 9:00 AM. If the work you did is between those hours, then let 'em sue. If you bothered them AFTER or BEFORE those hours, then tell 'em you won't do it anymore.

If that doesn't satisfy them, then I'd give 'em notice. Who wants to do business with THESE kinds of people?
