I have a Hunter Controller Programmer ICC. The programmer when set to go through cycle automatically, it will go through the cycle but will not tun off. The unit will keep re-cycling. I replaced the timer already because this problem was happening, but its still happening with the new timer.

Not familiar with this particular timer. I had a suggestion until you mentioned that the second timer is doing the same thing. I used to man a Rain Bird troubleshooting number though and am sure that Hunter Industries will have the same thing. Check for a Help phone number on your product box and call it. They should have some solid answers for you.
