We share a driveway with our neighbors. We have to park in the back because that is the only stairs with a ramp. My neighbors daughter will park her car in the driveway blocking mine and spend the night. Everytime I need The next morning when I need to go to work I have to bang on their door and wake her up and I am usually late for work. Is there anything I can do legally?

Who actually "owns" the property that the drive way is on. IF it is on their property, do you have a written easement to use it ?

If they own the drive way, and you don't have an easement you can't do anything unless you can get an easement. If you own the drive way, do they have a easement to use it ?
