That's my mp3 player. It recently froze and I couldn't get the back off. The site says that you can buy batteries for it; so I assume that you can. But why isn't it? Thanks

It actually has a rechargeable lithium, which means it doesn't run on normal AAA or AA batteries. As far as getting the back off, the manual says nothing about it, so I'm not sure what you're referring to. I suggest you call technical support as indicated in the manual.

Lol the batteries for those actually look like the ones you get in nokia/SE phones (not saying you try it)
