Description: It starts at the bottom of the shaft, extending nearly all the way to the head of the penis, feels rubbery and if I squeeze it it stays formed in the way that I squeezed it.

Also a flap of seemingly air filled skin nearer to the back of the head

I'm not that worried, I have a feeling that it might just be a large fat cyst, but any help would be appreciated.

Please go see a doctor about this even if you have no pain. It could be nothing, it could be serious. Only a trained person should give you the proper diagnosis on this.

Yeah it sounds like a cyst but you need to see someone better than here that can tell you what it is as you will get aswers that might not help you
