Can a wife use her husbands credit card?

If she is an authorized signer, absolutely!

If she is not an authorized signer, happens all the time, legal or not.

It might help if we have some sort of reference to go by. Are you divorcing ? If so I wouldn't advise it in any way. What is the intent of using " his " card ?
