Hello, I am 17 and into my 6th month of working out and weight lifting regularly. I have been noticing I've been developing stretch marks on my arms over by my shoulders and biceps. I just wanted to know if there is any way to make them go away or if there is a way to prevent more from developing, thank you.

Some skin types are more prone to stretch marks. On this site, olive oil has been mentioned as a remedy for stretch marks.

Cocoa butter lotion helps quite a bit. After you take a shower, apply some.

Vitamin E will help elastisize the skin as well...

Go t Wal-Mart and get some Vitamin E capsules, the type with the gel in them. Break open the capsule and run on area. I have had 2 children, I had one when I was 36, I did this and I have not one stretch mark.

Aside from things like coco butter, there's really not much you can do, although getting a tan will hide them a bit more. Embrace your stretch marks, they're like tangible proof that you are growing, haha.
