I get headaches ALL the time, and last night while watching TV I felt a slight pressure behind my eyes. I spend a lot of time on the computer, and when I'm not online I'm watching TV. I've been trying to spend more time outside latley, but I'm a loser in life so I don't have a lot of friends to go hang out with. After mowing the lawn today I did sweat a bit and I hadn't drunk anything since so right now my head kind of hurts and I wasn't very hungry and I'm shaking a little. I do have a drink with me right now because my mom said I was dehydrated but I'm really worried about these headaches. I don't think my memory is decreasing, but I have noticed lately I send a text message or say something on the phone and then instantley forget what I said. I can remember things from years ago though, and things I say on instant messangers and such. I should also add I NEVER drink water. I know, I should, but I hate it. I will not drink plain old water. I drink vitamin water all the time, and I will drink propel or gatorade, sparkling water or any kind of flavored water. I just can't drink plain water.
I get head rushes a lot too, but yes my urine is a normal color. I have looked up the symptoms of dehydration and I think I just don't drink enough water. I also only eat about one meal a day, but when I do eat I stuff my face. :D I don't get up early enough for breakfast and I never eat lunch because we never have anything appetizing to me. Im a very picky eater. I know. Will the sports drinks and flavored waters hydrate me like regular water would? I am also trying to cut down my take in of sodas. My mom is overweight and she buys it a lot, she definatley doesn't eat healthy and as a result I'm not either just because she never buys anything healthy. :( I love junk food like any teenager but I also love health food. I just have a problem with midnight snacking. I'm going to try and switch to special K as a snack instead of chips or something. Im gaining weight anyway and I want to stay in shape :)

Breakfast is a main important thing to help you get through the day mentally.
When you don't eat throughout the day it will drain you mentally.
I notice when I don't eat I have a hard time concentrating on anything.
Also avoid snack foods, packaged foods and any foods with preservatives as much as possible. I take lecithin, and B6 when I get the pressure by my left eye and antioxidents when it is by my right. If you are getting pain on both sides you can take all that.
If you are sensitive to light when you have the pressure by your eyes you could be having migraines but not sure what all your symptoms are.
