I have these small red bumps that started at the top of my arms and through the years has just moved down to my forearms. Does anyone have any idea on what it is and what will help

Keratosis, perhaps, sometimes caused by a vitamin deficiency, Vitamin A.. You should look into a multi vitamin and if that doesn't help go see a dermatologist.

When you bathe or shower do you exfoliate?

I take a multi vitamin, calcium and vitamin D weekly on t he Vit D. I not real sure what you mean by exfoliate I use a spongying thing when I bath I even use special bath wash for extra dry skin. Aveeno Bath wash. I am starting to think I need a dermatologist but I go to my PCP on Tuesday and I am going to ask him about my skin and if there is anything I can do so we will see
