anyone have any information on this china piece - origination? Value if any?

I don't know the dimensions of it. But, my first impression is that it's a cake stand of some kind.
Are there any other pieces that you have, that go with it as far as maybe being in a set?

No, this is the only piece I have. As far as dimensions it is fairly small approx 4" tall and 5" in diameter.
