Just plug x=2 into your function. That's it.

x^2+3x-18/2x-6 =

Please start your own thread to ask a question. It is unbecoming to hijack someone else's thread.

\frac{x^{2}+3x-18}{2x-6}

Factor the numerator and denominator. You will then see cancellations and it'll simplify.
