In the late 80's early 90's I watched a movie about a elderly couple who had 3 children who were all adults but were sheltered most of there lives that they acted liked little kids. Some young adults ended up at the elderly couple home but notice that the family was strange some of the young adults started to end up dead one of the woman's kids a daughter had a baby that had passed but they kept the baby in a crib in a room upstairs one of the younger girls realized the whole time there were there things just didn't seem right she stumbled across the baby and from there on they made the young girl dress like she was only 12yrs old she eventually escaped... I really want to know the name of this movie it was more of a thriller/suspense movie and it seemed as though it was filmed in the woods in a cabin

Pretty sure it's American Gothic from 1988.
