Iam currently in H1b and filed taxes for the year 2004 and 2005.

I was a student -F1 visa in 2003 and first half of 2004. I didn't know that I had to file tax return since I did not work and not get paid during my entire student year.

What is my recousre now, sholud I file tax return for year 2003 and If yes where and what form to use.

If you got W-2s for 2002 and 2003, you need to file for 2002 now! Assuming you will get a refund, you must file before April 15, 2006, or you forfeit the refund for 2002.

For both years, if you are due a refund, there is no penalty for filing late.

Since I was not working in 2003 I do not have any W2 , and there is no refund also now what to do.

If you did not work in 2003, no tax return needs to be filed.
