It is my understanding, if someone has a RESTRAINING ORDER (levy) placed against a bank account - THE ORDER is good for (only) the day it is presented at the bank.

Can you confirm this?

Thank you

Its neither true or false. It depends on the area and how the writ of attachment was written. With some judges or in some areas. Its only good for the balance at the time of service. In others it might be more open ended and include subsequent deposits.
