For the past 5 months, I have been having 2 periods a month. Now, I believe it's been a month since my last. Last night I spotted a little but hours have past and no more bleeding has occurred. Am I pregnant? I took a pregnancy test last Saturday, and it was negative. Now, it's Wednesday, I am reeeeaaaallly scared! I have had bad to severe cramps for a week. I have also been worrying really bad. It's all I think about. I think I am making myself sick. Please help.

Go to the doctor. They can tell you for sure, and if you are not they will probably be able to tell you what is going on.
