I have a Craftsman lawn tractor. When I turn the key, the engine only turns about 1/4 turn and stops. It only clicks after that. There is oil on the dipstick, but no oil coming out of the drain. What is going on?

Well, I would suspect you may have engine damage. What happened the last time it ran?
