I've graduated a year ago from college, and I've been applying to every career there is , and no luck. I've gotten a bachelors in business management. I've applied on bank websites, craigs list, monster jobs, careerbuilder. I go to career fairs. I don't know what seems to be the problem, I have some experience. Is there anyone that can help me or suggest somewhere else I can try in NYC. Lol... THat would be awesome.

This might or might not help but when I was younger and looking for a new job I would think of something I wanted to get involved with, it had to be fun like photography or sound recording or television production and I would open up the yellow pages and just start calling. I might call 20 numbers but I would almost always get something. I would also ask if they know anyone is hiring.
In your case: Being Green is a big up and comer. There should be many brand new companies trying to fill that niche. Many will have a idea and technical know how but weak on the business end. It might be a good way to get on ground floor of something big.

It has been my experience that monster and careerbuilder are a waste of time. I would suggest you look in a field that interests you. Are you an entrepreneur type? Then seek out a position in a small business. Are you ready to climb the corporate ladder? Then take on an entry level position - many companies like to promote from within so you have to do a year or two in the trenches to move to the management spots. A previous post had a great idea: Canvass the HR departments of places you find interesting. Have your resume ready to go via fax or email if they should ask for it. Good Luck!
