In march I started on a weight loss program and I loss 14 pounds, which caused my periods to be regular (28 days) for April and may. On may 18 my last cycle started, and me and my fiancé had sex several times on severals days without protection. 1 week before my period was due, I started to get really bad headaches, nausea w/o vomiting, and dizziness every evening or if I went too long without eating. On the day my period was due,my breast were sore and there was pinkish spotting about 3 drops, on the next day there was orangy red pinkish spotting, but not enough for a pad. I took a hpt on the day my period was due, but it was negative. Could I be pregnant?

Yes, you could be pregnant, even with the negative result from the test taken when your period was due. Sometimes it doesn't show up for several weeks. Either see what happens with your next period or see your doctor about having another test in the office.
