I was born in Greece but adopted by Americans and brought back to America when I was 18 months old. I have my original birth certificate. How do I get dual citizenship?

Depending on when you were born, you may have never lost your Greek Citizenship [assuming you were a Greek Citizen at the time of your birth]. The easiest way to find out would be to call the municipality where you were born, and find out if you are registered there.
If you are a male, then you will be registered in the "Mitroo Arrenon" [military records] at the time of your birth.
If you are female, chances are you will be registered in the "Dimotologia".
If you don't speak Greek, your closest Greek Consulate can do the legwork for you. Good luck!
