We have a 4 year old top-loading Kenmore washer that has not been doing the whole "spin-cycle" completely and the clothes come out very wet. Usually I can hang up to air dry my delicates, but now they are coming out dripping with water. It is taking a couple of cycles to dry them completely in the dryer and my electric bill is OUTRAGEOUS!! Do I need a new washer or can I call a repair person and have it fixed up with little cost?

That is near impossible based on the limited information you supplied here.

WHAT PRECISELY is your machine not doing?
Have you checked the waterfilter if something there got stuck?

Success!

The washer goes through all the cycles including the spin, but when it is finished, the clothes come out soaking wet, as if the spin cycle is not spionning "fast enough" to get the excess water out. The clothes are clean, but very wet. Where can I find the water filter so I can check it?
Thanks for your reply.
