Please Help!!
I don't know what to do any more. I have studied weight loss but nothing is working,
I am a size 12 and what they call ( a coca cola figure ) most people would say this is a good thing but I have a really narrow waist which makes my hips look ginormous. My lower stomach has extreme loose skin as wells as my hips and my lower back and when I sit down I have 3 massive rolls both on my stomach and the side of my stomach too. My lower back is really jibbly but the top half of my back is really fit. I have a pretty good butt and nice legs.
I don't know what to do to get rid of my gross areas. Ive been trying to eat less and more healthy which made my stomach even looser as there is less fat yet for some reason I haven't lost any weight. Three times a week do 10 push ups, 20 crunches, and 20 side crunches eat side, 10 squats, and about 10 minutes on our new exercise bike.
What exercises should I be doing and for how long? And what should I really be eating? My friend told me not to eat any carbs! Will that work?
Help please, I barely go out because I think I look gross in everything I wear :(
