Welcome to AMHD. Doesn't the mother, baby, and father (all) have to take the test? Is the baby six months old yet?

Who requested the test? The child support recovery office? He should be able to get a copy of the results. What state is involved?

The mother requested the test the child support office sent the letter to go have the test done in the state of Louisiana

Somehow I think this story is a bit mixed up. The mother can't request that he do something and a government agency just do what she says. If they sent a paper to him saying he has to do it then somewhere a step was skipped and it may not be legal because it wasn't court ordered. It sounds like they are being taken for a ride. Be very very careful and seek legal council on this because he may be getting into a trap. Never just act on things a child support agency tells you unless that order comes from a judge and if they refute it then take them to court on it.

Well He Received The Letter From The Child Support Office Saying He Was Schedule To Have A Paternity Test Done For The Child. He Didn't Request It The Mother Did. It Was Another Guy Who Took His Paternity Test The Same Day My Brother Did And He Been Received His Back. He Tried Calling The Case Worker But They Haven't Called Him Back Yet And They Suppose To Call Back Within 24 Hours

If he knows the agency that did the test he should be able to get a copy from them. And if they refuse him then he needs to see a lawyer right away because something isn't right.
