Turned the air conditioner on due to a heat wave we are having and fan isn't working but compressor is. Blows a trickle of cool air

Guessing you are talking about condenser fan,(outside unit),, don`t run without it working,will overheat the compresser,, need to fix,asap,, getting hotter everyday,,
