I have a problem with a 1993 Toyota Starlet i.e... it won't start! Don't know if there is a spark but have replaced the king lead but to no avail... please help!

Make certain the battery is fully charged and find a way to test for spark.
More info regarding how and why it doesn't start would help:
Does the engine crank: the engine turns over but fails to start?
How long has it been since it did run?
What other repairs have you attempted?
