The Supreme's session is wrapping up. Still waiting for public debate is the DC gun law decision. But also one rumor is that 3 justices ;Ginsberg ,Stevens and perhaps Souter are ready to retire and are waiting for the POTUS decision first .

BUT . What if one or more of them were to retire before SCOTUS reconvenes is October? President Bush would select the candidates... then watch the sparks fly as the Senate goes into complete meltdown !

I hear Ginsberg is very sick ,and Souter wants to go hang out in his mansion. Stevens may want a Republican to chose his replacement .It could happen.
