I have a few choices here that I'd like some opinions on.
Oil filter and shut off value emerge from basement wall
Filler pipe and vent are not right next to outside wall
You cannot find the oil tank inside
The flue is high efficiency plastic.
Any help would be great! Thanks.

The flue has nothing to do with the tank other than it is a part of a combustion heating system. What is it you want to know?

Don'tunderstand the question either but I have a question for you. Are you on city gas? No tank required.
