I have one Sears garage door opener and one Overhead door opener.

The Overhead remote will periodically will open the Sears door.

I have reset both openers by pressing and holding the learn button for up to 60 seconds.

I have unplugged the Sears, pressed the learn button on the Overheard and retrained it's remote.

This issue just started when I was programming GMC remote in my Yukon, I have also erased the program in the Yukon and started over in it also.

Lets first mention that Sears does not make anything so it's a guess who made that unit. They may not be on the same frequency but there can be a little spill over of the radio band and sporatic unwanted operation could happen. Try moving the antenna on both openers, point in opposite directions might help.
