My 2t Water Cooled Unit Reads 385psi-hi And 80 Psi-lo. The Return Air Is 78 And Blows Out 62 +-. Is This Ok?
The Evaperator Is All Cool And Sweating And The Cool Pipe From The Evap. To The Rev. Valve Is Cool. ( Not Sweating) The Two Other Lines 1/2 And 1/4"to And From The Water Loop And The Reversing Valve Are Hot.
When I Add A Little Freon To The Unit To Aprox 400psi The Unit Shuts Down On The Higher Chargecan I Put In A Higher Presure Switch? (the Unit Is Factory Tested To 450psi). When I Add Freon It Runs Much Cooler And The
1/2" Suction Line From The Evaperator To The Rev. Valve Is Cooler And Sweats, Until It Shuts Also The Evaperator Is Cooler,

No it is not OK. Pressures way to high. The condenser needs to be acid cleaned to allow better heat transfer. Your TD is also out should be 20 degrees total differential.

Sounds like some freon jocky got a hold of that unit and messed it up. It also sounds like someone is working on that unit that has no real idea what they are doing. You need a EPA cert to work with refrigerant/freon.
