I'm sorry, if you are going to try and diagnose people over the internet could you at least spell correctly?

Also, has she had a pap smear? How long ago? Is she sexually active? If so, with how many people?

I'm not sure about the yellow discharge but if she shaves down there that could cause the bumps, I've had them before... I get them on my legs when I shave, could be something simmple like that but either way you need to make an appointment for her with the gyno. Because according to my father you need to check with a gyno. Around 16 anyway...
