I have a secured installment promissory note with the collateral being a mobile home that the borrower lives in. The borrower has failed to make payments and I want to repo the mobile home. The mobile is in a park where the borrower pays lot rent. What are the legal steps in the repossession process? I live in Texas and the mobile home is in the state of Texas. Thanks

I believe you may have to contact the park, prior to the repossession, but not for sure.
