My above ground pool has a pin size hole a 1/4 of the way up from the bottom. The problem is the pool is full of water. How can I patch it for this season? Buy the way I just filled it.

Buy a underwater patch, most pool supply stores should have them and maybe Walmart

While my husband was mowing a small rock hit the pool and made a small hole through the metal on the outside. It did not penetrate the lining but we can see where it is and feel it and are afraid the jagged edge may cause a hole in the lining. How can we repair the hole?
