I am looking for a rotor (armature) for this machine which I picked up at an auction.
The engine runs good but I am not able too get any voltage from the output terminals,
Checked armature with meg meter it checked out bad.If I am unable to find an armature
Machine will be sold for parts.

Have you checked with Lincoln Electric (http://www.lincolnelectric.com)? They seem to have documentation such as the parts list (http://content.lincolnelectric.com/pdfs/products/navigator/parts/P138.pdf) available.

Otherwise, your local electric motor repair shop might be able to service the armature or at least point you in the right direction if they are unable to do the work themselves.
