The company I work for has a Honeywell Vision Pro TH8000 Series thermostat that has been locked out. I am the maintenance tech for the facility and need to lower the room temperature for the room it supplies. Locked out meaning the temp. arrow buttons do not make any changes. It is imperitive once I start unlocking this thing nothing goes wrong and I lose cooling to the room.
The manual I have is not crystal clear about unlocking the stat.
Apparently the stat was locked by a previous heating and cooling company to prevent employees from tampering with the temp. The heating cooling company says you have the book so you figure it out.

Any suggestions? If it's simple enough I may give it a try.:D
