You didn't let it cure long enough, or the structure you made was not proportioned correctly. You can do nothing, just start over again with more clay.
I have done pottery with clay which had to be fired after glazing.
Are you talking about paper mache?

No its grey clay with fibres in it's a pregnant woman and somebody picked her up by her head and her head fell off and her breast chipped and she was made 3years ago

I would think that it could probably be repaired. There are adhesives for just about any material.
How large is it? Is it hollow or solid? Would it be possible for you to post a couple of images here of it in its broken state?
Please see the images in post #1307 I posted on the following page of a thread where I had posted about repairing a couple of statuettes.

Clough is right re glue. Find 1 w/ ceramics on label or epoxy. For the chips, use 1 of the stick 'epoxies' - cut off piece, knead, apply. They dry quickly & can be shaped, sanded, & painted. Come in many types - f/ repairing steel to plastic to cement. Find in hardware or craft store. I get a catalog f/ co Micro Mark - they specialize in model making supplies. They have web site.
