I have a Coventry shower fixture - a very expensive one. The diverter stem broke and Coventry is out of business. I have searched exhaustively online and called all kinds of plumbing stores and no one has a diverter stem for this product. Is there any way to find one or can another one be used? I cannot believe I have to replace the whole fixture at great expense *and* retile walls because of this small part. Please help!!
Thanks

It is rare for this situation but relacement parts are frequently only available from the manufacturer. However, I think this company may carry some parts or replacements fixtures. Plumbing Fixtures: Bath Faucets,Bathroom Faucet (http://www.fixtureuniverse.com/bathfaucets_456.html) They at least list Coventry as a brand they handle

If Bobs Link didn't get it, (and I couldn't find Coventry listed) try calling around to -plumbing repair shops. Most carry a "junk drawer" of old parts for just such calls as yours, Good luck, tom
