Hello I purchase a roman tub faucet from Foremost faucets about 11 years ago when remodeling my bathroom. I now need to replace the cartridges as they are leaking. Foremsot says it is out of warranty and can not help me. I emailed a picture of the cartridge and they say it is discontinued. It is all polished brass, and if I have to replace it, could cost me much more now and I would also have to replace my vanity faucets. How can I find a replacement for this. They say it was manufactured in China and is no longer available.

Does Foremost sell replacements seals and gaskets, maybe you can rebuild the valve. Since Roman faucets are quite expensive you'd think they'd continue to support their product no matter who made it for them. I usually use Moen and have had little trouble even with 15-20 years old faucets. You may have some luck calling big plumbing supply wraehouses that may still have repair kits or complete cartridges. Moen, buy it for looks, buy it for life. Their lifetime warranty is hard to beat.
