Our outside unit won't kick on the furnace works the fan on the furnace works all the fuses are good is there a fuse in the furnace for the outside air unit? It like there is no connection to the unit we turn the thermastat to cool the fans turn on for the furnace but the out side unit does nothing!p lease help

Check to see if the two wires that go to the outside A/C unit have 24 volts across them. If they do then the problem is in your outside unit. If not then the relay or other operating device in the furnace is defective.

You checked the fuses to the furnace,, didn`t say if you checked the seporate fuses or breakers to the a/c unit,sometimes a double pole breaker looks OK, but is not,, turn it completely off and then back on, worth a look see
