Alcohol is more damaging to your body than Marijuana.
Alcohol actually kills your brain cells, and they do not replace themselves, when they are dead, they are gone for good. It is also very damaging to your liver.
While there are harmful effects connected to both, the harmful effects of alcohol out weigh the harmful effects of marijuana.

I agree. Alcohol is worst. How many people do you hear dying from pot. How many people do you hear dying form alcohol? There's your anwer :)
It all depends on how you look at it. Marijuana is similar to smoking when it concerns the lungs. The lungs are filled up with smoke and can predispose you to lung cancer. Alcohol can predispose you to liver damage.
Take your pick.

And marijuana can put you in jail, which is a very serious health problem.

Yes it is. Many jails these days are a haven for TB.

Alcohol is worse for your health. The law (which is wrong) allows us to consume the more harmful substance while outlawing the less harmful substance. Why? Simple. Alcohol is more easily taxed. Marijuana can be grown, untaxable.

Hello T:
Annual deaths from alcohol in US = 250,000. Annual deaths from pot in US = 0.
Anything else?

An aside,
I love how people make it an alcohol vs marijuana thing when they do both anyway.
Alcohol is getting were you can't drink anywhere but home cause some places the police arrest you for drunk walking as soon as you step out the bar door.
Have to spread rep to J_9, fr_Chuck and Ex
The guys in my neighborhood that are always in and out of jail said that the jail has a meningitis problem where people are dying and they are keeping how serious it is quiet.

Have to spread the love NH, our jail has a serious problem with MRSA right now, and the prison up the road has a very high TB population.

Anything that has a negative effect on your life, and causes problems to you, is a problem no matter what it is, legal or not.
