How do you connect to the internet? Home? Work? ADSL? Cable?

Well Tony, there could be several causes, the ones that come to my mind are:
1) The video will obviously take longer to buffer if it is really lengthy and if you are using a dial-up connection (if not then ignore this cause)
2) If you are using Mozilla Firefox, I suggest you try to load the same video using Internet Explorer because Mozilla has several unnecessary safety features
3) It could be possible that you are using a slightly older or corrupt version of Flash Player. Go to Download Flash Player 10.0.1.218 Beta (IE) - FileHippo.com (http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/) and download this latest version (which will only run on Internet Explorer.
4) As a last resort, to do away with the buffering business altogether, go to KeepVid: Download videos from Google, Youtube, iFilm, Putfile, Metacafe, DailyMotion! (http://www.keepvid.com) and type the URL of the video there so that you can simply download the video or you could install Real Player 11 from Download RealPlayer 11.0.0.446 - FileHippo.com (http://www.filehippo.com/download_realplayer/) which can also download videos from numerous sites.
I hope that at least one of the above mentioned solutions will solve your problem!
