Sadly I know the feeling. It generally comes from over masturbation or sex. There is nothing you can do except wait it out and avoid sexual contact. If it persists then you should see a doctor

This does not sound normal to have any kind of seepage. Please see your doctor as soon as possible.

I also get this a lot. It's just when I masturbate too much in a day. It's nothing too worry about, just give it a good wash when your in the shower.

Unless you recently ejaculated, you should not have "seepage" from your penis.
