The other day I was riding with a friend who was sober, we were riding to the store. On the way back he was stopped for not having his headlights on and the officer suspected I had been drinking cause he said he smelled it and asked if id take a breathalyzer, seeing as how I was on probation I didn't refuse and he wrote me a underage drinking ticket but didn't put how much I blew which was .5(or .05 I just know it was under the legal limit if you are 21) or the amount the ticket was, so should I get a lawyer or just pay the ticket cause I don't want to get in a bunch of crap with my probation for this.

Your PO might not be happy with the fact you were underage drinking. You did not state what you were on probation for and for how long. This could make a huge difference in my answer to you.

Just pay the ticket and shut up about it. I could say otherwise but the officer must have had his good pants on or it could have been an officer who could have thrown the book at you and I hope next time they do. And what were you both picking up at the store ? In Ontario you can only buy it at the liquor store. We have zero tolerance here for drinking and driving and the breathalizer doesn't have to record that much to be zero tolerance, so don't travel in Ontario with a breathalyzer of .5 or you will be less your license for a good number of years and the car you are riding in impounded. Any questions ?

I would hire an attorney, get the ticket dismissed if you do some public service.
