I'm getting married in 3 weeks and won't my partner 2 adopt my 2 childre,he's not on either of their birth certificates,how do I do it?

I will assume you are saying you WANT your new husband to adopt 2 children you have.

I will also have to assume he is not the bio father of either.

So you will have to fill out adoption paperwork and ask the bio father of each to sign over their rights to the child for adoption.

Now you said he is not on either birth certificate, so is he the bio father? If so, he can prove in court he is the father ( DNA) and request to be added to the birth certificate,
