Are there any US Universities offering online PHDs accredited by US Education Authority and costing not more than $10,000/=

What level of education do you have now, to go into a PhD program you will already have to have a Masters Degree.

Is a good one, but it will cost more than 10,000. As for as I know all for the accredited schools will be much more than 10,000
