I got married in December 2007. I am currently in USA on H1 and my wife who has already got an offer from an US university with full scholarship and aids will apply for an F1 in next month. Now my question is

a) Is it going to be tough convincing the consulate officer on this as he/she might think us to be immigration challenge?

b) How to cope with possible answers?

c) Asking anyone with similar experience to share their stories

If she goes to school on H-4, there might be implications in the future so the best choice is to apply for F-1 from your home country.
Besides, if she goes on F-1 then she can apply for OPT, which she won't be able to do it if she goes to school on H-4.
