When I had my first pregnency,I started having itchy bumps on my arms that lead to black heads.this stopped when I put to bed,though d blackheads remained.during my second pregnancy too,I had d same problem,and this has lead to many black spots on both arms.I can't where sleeveless or shortsleeves anymore. I need help on how to clear them and possibly know d cause of it.

Are you sure they're blackheads or just just dark spots?

They are dark spots. I myself have them and I can't wear anything sleeveless near my friends or in public.
