I just applied for a job and was refused after they got back my credit report from TransUnion LLC. It stated: civil judgment district court from N American Capital Co/ date added 07/ 2001. It was years ago when I was married and moved to another city. How long will this be on a credit report?

Should come off later this year. Was the judgement ever satisfied? By the way this isn't an SOL issue, it's a credit reporting issue.
