I have two types of visas, one is the B2 and the other one is the F-1. Im going to travel in June 2008 with my tourist visa and without leaving the U.S, I want to change my status. I want to emphasize that I already have both visas( many would ask why am I traveling with the tourist visa and not with the F-1 and the answer is that with my F-1 visa I can not enter the US more than 45 days before classes start, and classes start in October... so do the math, I couldn't enter with that visa in june). I don't need to go to my country and get my I-20, because I have already done all. I repeat I already have the F-1 visa.

Could anyone tell me how to stay in the U.S without infringing the law.

Thank you very much in advance for your answer.
