I have a 17 year old stepson who hates me and continuously disrupts our lives. His father is being deplyed for about 2 months and I do not want him to stay here with me alone with my youngbiological childrenbecause he does not listen to or respect me and is constantly arguing with me. It was suggested that he go and live with his mother for these two months and he is refusing to do so. I am afraid my husband will give him and let him stay. If he does it is going to be a horrible nightmare for me because of his rude and disrespectful behaviour. Is there a way we can MAKE him get on the plane to go stay with his mother for this period? He has threatened to go and live with his friends but I do not think he may do so for a couple of days and then end up in the house again causing trouble. Besides that he is only 17 and needs to be under some kind of adult supervision. I do not know what we can legally do to MAKE him go I really don't. I'm afraid something horrible might happen tp us when my husband is not here. Please help.

First if he causes trouble at home, call the police, that is simple. And yes, your husband makes him go, give him the choice of mom's or juv hall.

It sounds like that dad has not been making him do much all along, or he would already be listening.
