My grandaughter was charged with aggravated menacing, she is just 14 years of age. What or how serious is this charge. This is her first time before the courts.

There is a possibility of her going to jail 4 200 days in the first degree... I hope they might let her off wit a warning but not sure? Just tell her to relax

Because it is her first time she is likely to get off easy. The juge will most likely ask her questions such as why she did it and give her a stearn warning with a set amount of hours of community service that she will have to perform so that she realizes that all actions have consequences. If she ends up going back again it will be more but for the first time not much.
