Hi,

Can I get it done in bank. I need to get the Workpermit notarized but I don't have any of my signature on the workpermit, it has my compay officer signature.

Please help, is it that notary will give any letter to me saying the document is verified or do they look for my signature in the document or do they stamp on the copy of my work permit or original of the work permit. Please clarify.

Thanks in advance,
DJ.

The notory has to watch the person sign the paper and check your ID, So if you need to have your company officers signatue notarzied, you have to give the form back to them and have them take care of it.

To have your documents notarized for visa procedures means you have to make a copy of the originals. Notary public will verify that the copies are genuine and he/she will stamp and sign on the copies. Originals will be returned to you. You will be asked to present your photo ID or passport, etc. You must have a form of ID with your signature on it.

You may do it at the bank but normally the bank only offer one signature for each customer, so if you have more than one page, you should go to UPS store or law office in your area.
